The 3DK-Akademie is a Swiss communication training academy dedicated to enhancing the quality and efficiency of communication in professional environments. Based in Altikon, Canton of Zürich, the academy develops innovative methods and systems that empower individuals and organizations to communicate more effectively.
Co-founded and led by Lucas Kletschke, an independent business consultant and lecturer at Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik (HWZ) Zürich, the academy collaborates with the Kissling Institute on the proprietary 3DC® Model.

Three-Dimensional Communication defines three distinct, equally valid communication styles. Every person has a natural preference, but effective communicators learn to adapt across all three dimensions.
